Shipping & Refund Policy

SHIPPING

Shipping within Australia:
$11 for standard regular post (4-10 business days)
$15 for express post (1-2 business days)

International shipping:
We do ship internationally, please contact us via email for a shipping estimate as cost will vary depending on weight and location.

ORDER PROCESSING

Stocked items will generally ship within 2 business days of order placement.
Custom orders have an additional lead time of 2-3 weeks.
Once a custom order is placed, it cannot be changed/altered, unless there is a shortage of materials, in which case we will contact you for an alternate solution.

EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY

We have a 14-day exchange/return policy.  The commencement of this period is from the date of receipt of the product.  From there you will have 14 days to request an exchange/return.

To be eligible for an exchange/return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.  You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  The success of the exchange/return will be subject to our inspection of the product when received.

To start an exchange/return, message us through the “contact us” page with the relevant title of “exchange” or “return”.  We will respond within 1-3 business days on the next steps.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
